We are in the planning stages of installing a memorial garden in our church yard space. Our vision is to have a peaceful place to sit and meditate or pray along with an area for outside worship. We worship outside quite a lot in the Summer months and would like a more formal place to hold worship outside.
We are looking for donations both monetary and labor to help support our endeavor. We are starting with installing the actual gardens, then the area for our worship table and cafe seating tables/choir area and then the walkways.
This garden will be an addition to the Hydrangea garden already installed in memory of Grace N by her daughter and niece. It will be full of seasonal perennials and bushes, place to sit and meditate, with a grassy area in the middle.
