Well, our Holiday Fair is over for this year! All the preparations, all the hard work, the hustle and bustle, was worth it! We all worked very hard to get everything ready and what a success! We had great music (with Brian on the guitar and Debbie’s Bose), great company (all our great guests and parishioners), and great products (generous donations of raffles, bakery, gifts, etc). All tallied, at the end of the day we did very, very well.
We had loads of raffles, gift items, cookie decorating for the kids, face painting, and did I mention raffles???
And the food was the best ever! Thanks to Diane from Norm’s White Horse for supplying us with the Chicken BBQ’s. Terry’s meatballs were so delicious in the meatball subs. Brian’s Award Winning Chili was super delicious, and Tripoli Pizza, to name a few. Thanks Debbie and everyone else who brought the breakfast fare.
Everyone had a great time…yes, we were all exhausted, but it was worth it. We even got to give a couple tours of our church!
I was a great time! Thanks to everyone that made it a success!
Next week is the beginning of Advent. I’m not sure where the year went….. Join us December 18, 2016 for our Christmas Service when the Nottingham Brass Quintet visits. Our service starts at 10:15 on that day.
